EASF Conducts Force Verification in Sudan

The verification team, led by the Director Brig. Gen. Getachew Shiferaw Fayisa, included The EASF Force Commander Brig. Gen. Vincent Gatama, the Joint Chief of Staff Brig. Gen. PSC Osman Mohamed Abbas Osman and Military Assistant Lt. Col. Edward Onyango.

The Republic of the Sudan has pledged a multidimensional force comprising the military, police and civilians for EASF peace support missions.

In course of the day, the Director made a courtesy call to the Joint Chief of Staff and Deputy Joint Chief of Staff of the Sudanese Armed Forces.

The team also visited the Sudanese Defence Industrial Systems.
