CIVIC Delegation Pays Courtesy Visit to EASF
EASF received a courtesy visit from a delegation from CIVIC (Centre for Civilians In Conflict). The delegation was headed by Mr Zlatko Gegic, the Regional Director for East Africa. CIVIC is an International Non-Governmental Organisation based in the United States. CIVIC, which started as Campaign for Innocent Victims in Conflicts was founded in 2003 by Marla Ruzicka.
Integrated mission planning course starts in Rwanda
The Eastern Africa Standby Force launched an Integrated Mission Planning Course (IMPC) on Monday 18th April, 2022 In Musanze, Rwanda with 28 participants from EASF’s member states.

EASF's Command Post Exercise 2022 code named Mashariki Salaam III was a multinational and multidimensional peace keeping exercise conducted at the Kenya Commercial Bank Leadership Training Center in Karen, Nairobi, Kenya, from 21st to 31st March 2022.
