EASF days in Member States aim at demystifying the entire scope of Peace Support Operations (PSOs) by making the public understand the responsibilities and mandates of the regional peace-keeper.
Pakistan National Defence University Visits EASF Once Again
A delegation from the National Defence University of Pakistan paid the Eastern African Standby Force Secretariat a visit in Karen, Nairobi on 17th April 2018. The university visited the regional peace-keeper for the first time a year ago, precisely on 26th April 2017.
Police Elections' Monitoring & Management Course Starts

Director Calls on Chairperson, Council of Ministers for Defence
The EASF Director, Dr.Adbillahi Omar Bouh, made a courtesy call on the Ugandan Minister for Defence and Veteran Affairs, Hon. Adolf Mwesige who is also the current Chairperson of the Council of Ministers for Defence and Security of the Eastern Africa region on 9th April 2018 in Mbuya, Kampala, Uganda.
