Leaders Underline the Importance of Continental Peace

Along the sidelines of the 30th Ordinary Session of the Assembly of Heads of State and Government of the African Union, the EASF Director, Dr. Abdillahi Omar Bouh, held discussions with a number of key leaders on 28th January 2018 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

The leaders' discussions centered around enhancement of working relations with the African Union Commission especially in matters relating to peace and security on the continent. One of the most notable meetings was held between the Executive Director of the North African Regional Capability (NARC), Brigadier General (Ret). Ahmed Hamalda Altajouri and Dr. Bouh; both leaders head two similar organizations operating under umbrella of the African Union.
